Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling various tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, and facilitating communication between departments and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
Communication: Act as a liaison between management and employees or clients. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Assist in drafting and proofing communication materials.
Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, providing information and assistance as required. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Data Entry: Input and manage data in various systems or databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
Administrative Support: Provide support for various administrative functions such as filing, faxing, and photocopying. Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks if required.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus. Bachelors degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attributes: Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard office hours.
Some occasional overtime may be required.
